Manifestation

The Scientific and Technical Research Center on Arid Regions (CRSTRA), represented by its plant protection laboratory team, will organize the 1^st international webinar on the evolution of research in the field on the biodiversity and its state due to the climate change observed in recent years. Climate change as well as overexploitation of natural resources have negatively affected biodiversity. These causes must be the subject of a controversial debate, imposing a process to propose programs of protection and development.

The main objective of this scientific event is to promote exchange and dialogue between researchers and to establish lasting contact between them through plenary conferences in addition to the oral and poster communications.

Oral and / or displayed communications will be selected from various topics on plant, animal and ecosystem biodiversity, their healthy and the means to preserve and protect them.

Oral and / or displayed communications will be written in english and communicated in english, french or arabic.

• Biodiversity in ecosystems and agro-ecosystems
• Biotechnology and biosafety
• Pest, predation and parasitism in agro-ecosystem
• Pest control, monitoring and innovation

These communications are open to senior and young researchers wishing to integrate scientific events in order to communicate and present their results, it will give them the opportunity to present their research results relating to the projects. It will also allow doctoral students and lecturers to share their current or recently completed results.

NB. Selected manuscripts will be blind peer-reviewed by reviewers. The most important communications will be published in special issue of JARA (Journal Algérien des Régions Arides).
