The main objective of the program Madinati is to improve the welfare of the citizen , while the program of Markazi aim to bring the best conditions of work to the research staff . For this reason It is proposed that the program Madinati will be the object of a presentation during the encounter of the Walis expected the 15/10/2018 which will be is devoted by the signature of a convention as part of the cooperation between the Ministry of the interior and local collectivities and our ministerial department . The research centers and particularly the CREAD (Research Center for Applied Economics for Development) are asked to make an opinion survey in order to identify the problems on local level. In the other side , a listing of all the benefits susceptible to improve the life quality of the citizens should be produced by every research center .This could include the conferences of general public and the different forms of scientific manifestations.
