Chaired by the Director of the Scientific and Technical Research Center for Arid Regions (CRSTRA), Professor Kachbar Mohamed Saif Allah, a coordination meeting was held on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the center’s headquarters. The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CRSTRA’s economic branch, Crstra IECE SPA, Mr. Berragadi Tarek, Dr. Khemri Zine El Abidine, Mr. Djoudi Ahmed Majed from the Research Results Valorization Department, and Dr. Chakhal Fekhr Eddine. Discussions covered the progress of research projects ready for marketing, the animal feed production project, model farm experiments, monitoring anti-desertification projects in cooperation with the Ministry of Transport, and the evaluation of agreements with COSIDER Agrico within research and development partnerships. Mr. Bouchaib Saber was appointed as the new Director of the economic branch, as part of the center’s strategy to enhance collaboration between scientific research and the economic sector.
